GREAT hotel, AMAZING entertainment!

fantastic team great activities

I found the animation team to be FANTASTIC. They really got everyone involved in activities throughout the day, that was GREAT. The team including Conall, William and Patricia created an experience filled with laughter, it was lovely!!!

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

dirty sink bad hygiene

The staff was friendly.

I found facial hairs appearing from around the rim of the sink after I used the bathroom hairdryer. This was disgusting. I complained to reception with image proof, but there was no cause of concern shown to me, with no apology or solution provided. The hotel did not clean the rooms or bed sheets well at all.

loose tiles spa features

the pool area was acceptable with plenty of space to relax.

the spa was disappointing, as some of its features were not working properly and it seemed like it needed repairs. loose tiles added to the feeling of neglect. i would not recommend paying extra for it in its current condition

buffet breakfast sunny room clean pools

i enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it offered many choices. my room faced south, SO there was plenty of sunshine. the pools WERE very clean. but the pool bar was easy to access for ice creams and drinks all day!

the hotel, does look a LITTLE tired.

South-Facing Sunshine and Clean Pools

The rooms faced south. This meant abundant sunshine. The pools were very clean. A convenient pool bar offered easy access to ice creams and drinks all day (I really enjoyed that).
