the pool area was acceptable with plenty of space to relax.
the spa was disappointing, as some of its features were not working properly and it seemed like it needed repairs. loose tiles added to the feeling of neglect. i would not recommend paying extra for it in its current condition

i enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it offered many choices. my room faced south, SO there was plenty of sunshine. the pools WERE very clean. but the pool bar was easy to access for ice creams and drinks all day!

The entertainment team was very nice. They put in effort and made sure everyone had fun. Aqua Zumba was really hilarious and worth a try!!! The food on all inclusive was delicious with fresh and plenty of options. The beds were very comfortable.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The Housekeeper did an amazing job. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. Fresh towels were provided every day. Staff spoke very good English.
